Episode title: From now on, you guys are my friends!!

After eating breakfast with her family, Yankumi went off to school. Along the way, she sees her students Kamiya, Ogata, and Honjo.

She calls out to them but upon seeing her they ignored her and ran away. While Ichimura, Kazama, and Kuraki are also walking to school, they come across the Ogata group and the two exchanged pissed off glances.

Yankumi remembers that the same spot she’s at now is also where she bumped into her destined man a few days ago. Baba sensei and that other new teacher asked her if she’s looking for someone and when she told them about her destined man they asked her his name. Disappointed that she wasn’t even able to get her destined man’s name, she went off to school with Baba sensei and the other teacher.

Surprisingly, destined man is at the faculty room just as Yankumi and the rest arrives.

Destined man is the new school doctor. And he remembers Yankumi how cute.

Yankumi returned the book that he dropped and isn’t she getting a bit too forward this season? Lol.

One of the teachers came in and told Yankumi that class 3-D is in a ruckus. Yankumi came in to stop the rumble but was thrown down a couple of times by the students. Her inner Yakuza came out and she shouted at them to fight with her squarely outside. Everyone’s in shock at the sudden change of personality.

Yankumi gets the idea that she needs to get more involved with the students if she wants to get through to them. So she starts playing ninja, popping out of nowhere, on her students as they play and tries to bond with them. She fails and gets ignored as usual.

…and she gets the idea of getting everyone to a can kicking event.

And only she was excited as usual. Everyone is clueless on what can kicking is and she explains how it’s played and how it’s a game that would develop their strength and teamwork. She asked everyone to meet her outside but no one came.

Teppei is that you??

Honjo is starting to remind me of Teppei since the beginning of this episode.

Yamato and Kazama meets up to fight for the class leader position as the rest of the class watch on. And Yankumi, again, pops out of nowhere to cheer them on.

The police was called out and everybody runs away. Kazama and his gang are resting and talks about Yankumi being weird and all for not stopping the one on one fight earlier. Yankumi pops out of nowhere and shocks the rest. Kazama so cute!!!

Yankumi asks why Kazama is still fighting with Ogata when they’re supposed to be friends already because of the incident at episode 1. Kazama admits that he just agrees because it’s Ogata who challenges him to it and he has to defend himself or people will look down on him. As Kazama leaves, Ichimura tells Yankumi that Kazama was bullied back when he was an elementary student.

And our hottie of the day is….

Honjo. Yay!

Yankumi talks to Ogata about his motivation in fighting Kazama and she gets told that he is only no.1 in fighting and not in anything else.

Yankumi consults her family about fighting to be no. 1. Her grandfather told her that the students might be trying to find their own place by fighting and trying to be number 1.

Yankumi gets questioned by the chairman about yesterday’s fight. Yankumi denies and she gets told that she needs to be tough on the students. Basically sounding like the students are a bunch of bad eggs.

Teppei! Oh oops it’s just Honjo.

Yankumi gets back to class and asks the students where Ogata and Kazama is. They wouldn’t tell her and we’re taken to a park somewhere where the two are having a bitch fight.

Before the fight though, Kazama told Ogata to just be the leader of the class and that he doesn’t care about it so they should just stop the fight. Ogata, being the ass in this episode, wouldn’t agree to him just being handed the leadership position without beating Kazama into a fight.

Yankumi arrives just in time to stop them and manages to overthrow them both. She explains that a one on one fight is supposed to be bare handed and the two find it ridiculous because what’s important is winning no matter what method they use.

Yankumi confides to Kuma about her problem getting recognized as a teacher by her students and a cute lady serves her water. Yankumi asked Kuma if she’s a part-timer and Kuma tells her that she’s his wife. Whoo! Way to go Kuma!

And we get a flashback from Gokusen 1 and we find out that Kuma’s wife is the girl that he saved from the bullies! Awwwwwwwwwww!!! That is so sweet! And they’re expecting a baby to boot!

Kuma advised Yankumi to face the students head-on as he himself has considered himself lucky for having her as a teacher.

Yamato gets into a fight that night and was confronted by a gang.

Kazama and his gang are also out that night and they see Ogata’s gang getting beat up by the bad guys. Kazama decides on helping him up or calling the cops.

Yankumi arrives on the scene and wonders what Kazama and his gang are looking at. Seeing Ogata and his gang being beaten up, she decides to help them out. But surprisingly, Kazama runs to help them out instead.

And the 6 successfully escaped with a little help from Yankumi who was touched by the scene.

The next morning, Kazama and his gang got cornered by last night’s bad guys.

It’s a sin to beat up a face like that.

News reaches Ogata and he and his gang runs to help out. Yankumi finds out about this too from the ones that are left behind and runs to save her students from the bad guys.

and we get a scene of the Kazama group getting beaten up in a warehouse with a huge steel door at the background….

Huge steel door magically opened quietly by Ogata gang.

And I had to slip this one in because he’s so damn cute.

Yankumi arrives on the scene and this episode’s grand entrance, thank goodness it’s different, is a jump from the 2nd floor to the first floor.

And just when I thought she’s come to rough up the bad guys herself, she apologizes to the bad guys instead after finding out that Ogata was the one who beat up one their comrades.

Bad leader guy won’t accept Yankumi’s apology and decidedly pissed off Yankumi. So ofcourse Yankumi turns into our hero once again and beats the crap out of all the unlucky bastards.

As the 6 watch on.

Oh and this is our episode’s bad guy.

And so the 6 realizes how strong Yankumi is.

As they were going back to school the 6 students left her and she looked for them and finds them at the school grounds.

The 6 decided to play kick the can with Yankumi and the rest of the class. Yankumi is happy.

I’m loving the first 2 episodes that I’ve watched so far. I don’t have high expectations on sequels and this one although the same stuff from previous Gokusens has been used once again, it still delivers. I just wish Yankumi gets the guy this time.
